As of now, HTML is not fully supported in the Outlook App for Android’s Email Signature, so if you want to insert images or do some styling, forget it. You must use the Desktop Client or the Outlook Website to accomplish this.
To add an email signature in the Outlook app on Android, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Outlook Sidebar Menu.
First, open the Outlook App on Android, and then In the Outlook App, click the menu icon to open the sidebar menu. The menu icon will appear in the top-left corner; see the screenshot below.
Step 2: Navigate to the Outlook App Settings.
After you’ve opened the sidebar menu, look for a gear icon in the bottom-left corner and click it to open Outlook App Settings.
Step 3: Click on the Signature Option
After you’ve opened the sidebar menu, look for a gear icon in the bottom-left corner and click it to open Outlook App Settings.
Step 4: Add Your Signature
You can now enter your signature in the textbox, and for the time being, only text and links are permitted in the Outlook App’s Signature box. So, enter the text you want to use as your signature, or add an HTML link.
